Cerberon sells software licences and professional services. Nothing is shipped physically.
Software licences
- After payment is confirmed, we email your licence key to the address on the order within 2 working days.
- You download and install the software yourself from
license.cerberon.devusing the command in the documentation. Air-gapped customers receive an offline bundle as described there. - Updates are made available through the console during your update entitlement and applied when you choose.
Services
- Engagements are delivered remotely unless the Statement of Work says otherwise, on the dates agreed there.
- Reports are delivered electronically, by secure link or encrypted file, to the contacts named in the Statement of Work.
Delivery problems
If you have not received your licence within 2 working days of payment, email support@cerberon.dev with your invoice number.
